Rufus is a utility that helps you format and create bootable USB flash drives, such as USB keys/sticks, memory cards, etc.
This can be especially useful when:
You need to create USB installation media from bootable ISOs (Windows, Linux, UEFI, etc.)
You need to work on a system with no operating system installed
You need to flash BIOS or other DOS firmware
You want to run a low-level utility
Despite its small size, Rufus offers everything you need!

Requirements:
• Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster with 2 or more cores in a compatible 64-bit processor or system on a chip (SoC).
• RAM: 4 gigabytes (GB).
• Storage: 64 GB or larger storage device. Note. See “Learn more about storage space for upgrading to Windows 11” below for more information.
• System firmware: UEFI, Secure Boot. See here for information on how your computer might meet this requirement.
• TPM: Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0. See here for instructions on how your computer can be enabled to meet this requirement.
• Graphics card: DirectX 12 or later compatible with WDDM 2.0 driver.
• Display: High-definition (720p) display larger than 9” diagonal, 8-bits per color channel
