Catherine Ravenscroft, a TV documentary journalist built on exposing wrongdoing in long-respected institutions, follows. An independent one. The series is too long, too long. It was intriguing and mysterious for the first few episodes, but by episode five, I was like, “Oh my god, end it already.". Catherine’s silence/constant interruptions in trying to tell her side as a plot mechanism to move the story forward. Obviously setting up for a “twist”. I don’t mind sex scenes that are literally ten minutes long. My first choice for that is Apple TV+ Not.. “What We Do in the Shadows” is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
